Contact Service Director

Ms. Frye received her Master of Public Health degree in Health Policy
at the Yale University School of Medicine, as well as a Master of
Business Administration from the Haas School of Business, University of
California at Berkeley. She received her Bachelors of Arts and
Sciences in Genetics and Organizational Studies from the University of
California at Davis. Ms. Frye has directed the Best Programs and Best
People Service since 2002. Prior to her career at HIRC, Ms. Frye served
as the project manager for the Office of the Corporate Medical Director at
Blue Shield of California, where she was responsible for coordinating
division-wide projects and business development activities.
