Leads Specialty Pharmaceuticals and Rare Disease services while overseeing study design, reporting, and marketing and communications efforts across the organization.

Danielle Snook earned a B.A. in Psychology and an M.B.A. with an emphasis in strategic planning. Prior to joining HIRC, Danielle worked closely with the executive leadership team at Bend Research (now Lonza), a pharmaceutical contract research and development organization, where she gained early exposure to high-level business operations, strategic planning, and drug development challenges within the pharmaceutical industry. During a pivotal period for the company and the broader economy, Danielle had a front-row seat to the realities of navigating organizational change and strategic repositioning within a highly technical R&D environment. The experience shaped her practical, business-oriented approach to her work today.

Since joining HIRC in 2011, Danielle has contributed in both analyst and leadership roles across multiple HIRC services and currently leads HIRC’s Specialty Pharmaceuticals and Rare Disease services, translating complex market dynamics into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. Danielle also oversees survey design and reporting initiatives across all research services, as well as HIRC’s marketing and communications activities, playing a key role in shaping the organization’s brand and research delivery.
